Hot lemon water is a great drink that we should consume in the morning irrespective of the season because of its immune-boosting abilities. The addition of ginger can make the drink even tastier and healthier too.

It’s easy to prepare, put the kettle on, fill up your chosen mug and add a couple of slices of lemon and ginger. In case of a scratchy throat, a drizzle of honey will help too. Sip this magical tonic and feel rapidly cured.

The turmeric latte is a well known hot drink for its benefits. However, turmeric really is one of the best herbs for you and should be included in your diet for winter.
To prepare a turmeric latte, simply add some turmeric powder to milk and let it simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes. For extra flavor and nutrition, a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg can also be added. Finally, you can add maple syrup to make the drink sweet and coconut oil for some richness.
