5 Days Skincare Plan For a Youthful Glowing Skin

Step 1skincare
Banana and Milk Face Pack: Mash half banana to a fine paste in a bowl. Add one table spoon of milk to it and make an even mixture. Apply this mixture on your face, neck and hands. Massage your face with your fingertips in circular movements gently. Leave it on for 20-25 minutes. Wash it out with tap water thoroughly.
We all know that milk is a great natural cleanser for skin and banana contains nutrients that prevent skin from aging. Banana and Milk mask will cleanse your skin and reduce fine lines and wrinkles as well. It will hydrate the skin instantly and the result will be a soft and supple fresh skin.

Step 2skincare
Soak a cup of washed rice in a glass of water. Leave it for 30-40 minutes soaked. When the water becomes cloudy strain it out with a strainer. You can save this water in a spray bottle for your ease. Spray it on your face and neck. Rub your face with a cotton ball gently. Let it dry on your skin naturally. Rice also contains nutrients that help to revitalize your skin. It will cleanse and tone your skin making it tight and glowing. You can use this toner daily as a part of your skincare routine.

Step 3skincare
Potato Ice Cubes Massage: Take a peeled potato, chop it into small pieces. Put it in a blender mixer. Add 2 table spoons of pomegranate seeds in it. Add some water and blend it well to a very fine fluid. Add one table spoon of lemon to it. Mix it well and pour it in an ice cube tray to freeze it. Use these ice cubes to massage your skin every night before going to bed. It will reduce dark spots and blemishes and will help to tighten the opened pores as well. The care must be taken while using close to your eyes because lemon in the mixture can cause irritation in the eyes.

Step 4skincare

Cucumber Toner: Cut a fresh cucumber into small pieces and blend it to a fine juice in a blender. Strain this juice out in a spray bottle. Add 3-4 table spoons of rose water and one table spoon of lemon juice in it. Shake them well to mix thoroughly. Your natural toner is ready to use. Spray it well on your face and neck. Let it air dry. Wash your face after 10-15 minutes.

For a fresher and healthier skin always take a good sleep, proper diet, plenty of water/fresh juices, fruits/salads and avoid stress, smoking, fried/junk food, excessive tea/coffee/chocolates.
