How to use almond oil for dark circles

For better results, try to get a high-quality cold-pressed pure organic oil.

The best time to apply almond oil is overnight. First, wash your face clean and gently massage a small amount of almond oil into the skin around your eyes. The massage improves blood circulation. Allow the oil to sit overnight, and wash it clean in the morning.

Combined with other remedies

A mixture of almond oil with honey is even more effective.

Mix a teaspoon of honey with four to five drops of almond oil and blend it well. Massage this combination into the dark circles beneath your eyes before bed.

Note: Unprocessed, organic honey is best for this purpose, as it holds the most natural health benefits.

A combination of almond oil with lemon juice may also be helpful to reduce dark circles. Add the lemon juice to the oil and mix well. Apply it under your eyes and let it on overnight. Wash it away in the morning.

Avocado oil is another useful option that can be used with almond oil.

Add two drops of avocado oil to four drops of almond oil and apply it around your eyes. Wash it off the following day.

If you’re going to use almond oil topically for the first time, perform an allergy test before using it. Apply almond oil to a small test patch of skin. If it doesn’t cause any irritation, then you can apply it to your face.
