iii) Drinking plenty of water is good for health. If you drink more water there will be no need to drink tea coffee or any other cold drinks that can add on your weight

iv) Avoid sweet foods. Chocolates, candies and rice also help fats’ production and accumulation in your body.

v) A speedy metabolism results in burning of fats more rapidly. Do physical exercise on daily basis. A brisk walk can also help you to burn fats.
